Our Range
Paddock to Plate – or should that be Udder to Plate? Our “Udderly” beautiful buffalo milk products are all produced using 100% buffalo milk from our own herd of buffalos. Our happy buffalo girls are milked once a day and the milk transported just a few kms down the road to our beautiful stone farm buildings, where we produce all of the Shaw River range.
Buffalo milk lends itself to making many delicious products and is traditionally made into Mozzarella and Yoghurt. Here at Shaw River our creative cheese makers have also developed some of their own truly unique buffalo milk cheeses.
